Sugarmill
 
Sugarmill is a medium density residential development that has been transformed from an original Art Deco warehouse into a boutique residential complex in Camperdown.

The development comprises alterations and additions to the existing industrial/warehouse building and conversion to a residential flat building accommodating 14 terraces and 18 apartments.

The residential accommodation is generally arranged around the perimeter of the central courtyard, with the main entrances located along the street frontages providing internal access to the communal open space and private courtyards.

 

Tin Sheds - Balmain

Designed by renowned architects Turner & Associates led by Shewanna Mendis, the Tin Sheds is a unique development comprising of eight multi-level ‘penthouse style’ townhouses plus two, 2 bedroom single level apartments.

 

Quite simply The Tin Sheds, with its copper cladded external finish has set a new benchmark for medium density development in the inner west, yet as explained below it was not without its own unique building challenges!

Summer Court - Strathfield

This high density residential development of 9 storeys is a mixed used development located in the inner west suburb of Strathfield located on Parramatta Road heading towards the Western suburbs.

 

The development consists of three separate towers which comprises of 70 units, 4 commercial spaces on the ground floor and with 2 levels of underground car parking. Building A is 9 storeys, Building B, 7 Storeys and Building C, 4 storeys high.
